Why I'm doing this
I'm not selling consulting. I'm collecting intelligence.
Every business I learn about deeply is another industry I understand the future of. When you walk me through your operations — what's manual, what's painful, where the money actually moves — I learn something I can't get from reading. You're educating me as much as I'm educating you.
In return, I'll show you two things:
- What AI can do for your business today — specific operations you can automate or augment right now, with tools that already exist.
- What an AI-first competitor would build — if someone started your exact business tomorrow with no legacy systems and no overhead, what would it look like? That's the threat model you need to understand.
How it works
The honest version
Any good-thinking person who can articulate what they need can learn these tools themselves. That's what I'd prefer — that our conversation empowers you to move on your own.
If after we talk you still want hands-on help — someone to actually build and integrate the systems — I'm available at $500/hr. That rate is deliberate. I'll make sure every hour is worth it, but I'd rather you not need me at all.
Who I am
I build AI systems. Multi-agent architectures, automated pipelines, full-stack integration. I've spent six years in tech — Head of Community & Communications at UMA Protocol (Risk Labs), co-founder of DeFi Nation, keynote speaker at ETH Denver and Avalanche Summit.
Based in Cebu City. I spend most of my time building and thinking about how AI reshapes industries. Talking to people who actually run businesses is the most valuable input I can get.
